摘要
目的:探讨动脉血乳酸水平与新生儿窒息的相关性。方法:随机选择2012年收治的71例窒息足月新生儿为对象,依据Apgar评分分为轻、重度窒息两组,另选取正常足月新生儿45例为对照组,对动脉血乳酸进行评价。结果:窒息组血乳酸水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且血乳酸水平与窒息程度成正比。结论:早期检测血乳酸水平可作为临床判断新生儿窒息程度的辅助实验室指标,可弥补Apgar评分在诊断新生儿窒息中的不足,对指导治疗具有十分重要的意义。
Objective: To study the relativity between the blood level of lactic acid and neonatal asphyxia. Methods: 71 asphyxial full - term newborns were randomly selected as research subjects, they were admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012. The newborns were divided into 2 groups according to the Apgar score. There were 45 newborns in the control group, then to evaluate the ar- terial blood level of lactic acid. Results: The blood level of lactic acid in the asphyxia group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0. 05 ), and the level of lactic acid was proportional to the degree of asphyxia. Conclusion : Early detection of the level of lactic acid could be used as a reference index for judging the degree of asphyxia, it can compensate the deficiency of Apgar score in the diagnosis of neonatal asphyxia, it is very important in guiding the therapy.
