摘要
社会的不断发展对高等教育质量提出了越来越高的要求,高等教育质量在很大程度上依赖于高校教师的能力和水平。因此,世界各国都越来越重视高校教师的发展,纷纷成立教师发展的专门机构,寻求教师发展的有效路径。综合世界各国高等学校的经验,高校教师发展在机构设置上主要有教学发展型、研究促进型和综合服务型三种类型,在实施途径上主要包括培训研修、咨询评估、研究项目、信息资源平台等方面。事实证明,健全的组织机构和有效的实施途径是高校教师发展的根本保障。
The continuous development of society has proposed the increasing demands on the quality of higher education. The quality of higher education rests largely on the ability and proficiency of university teachers. Therefore, many countries in the world are increasingly emphasizing on teachers development in universities, and they all have established the specialized institutes of teachers development for constantly seeking for the effective ways. Generally speaking, there are three types in institution setup, that is, teaching development, research promotion and comprehensive service. The implementation ways include training with all kinds of forms, consultation and evaluation, research projects, information resources platform and so on. It turns out that sound organizational institutes and the effective implementation ways are the basic guarantee for teachers development in universities.
