摘要
教育过程是在教育者引导下儿童生命的持续生长过程。教育者既要尊重儿童生命成长的自然规律和社会规律,又要重视对儿童发展的引导职责。教育利益相关者不可能浪漫地"静待花开",而要为教育投入寻求充分的教育效果。在现实教育过程中,教育者既要像传统农业模式那样给儿童提供足够大的自由空间,又要像现代工业模式那样对儿童实施积极有效的教育影响。儿童的发展不应是基于乌托邦地"静待花开",而应是体现效果之道与结果之道的辩证统一。任何固守矛盾之一端的言说都必然是对教育本真的误读。
Education process is children's sustained growing process with the guidance of educators. Educators should not only respect the natural and social law of children's development, but also take more importance on the instruction duty to children. All educational stakeholders can't wait for bloom silently and romantically, but pursue of enough education effect. In real education process, educators should not only provide enough free space to children like traditional agriculture mode, but also implement positive and effective education influence to children as modern industry mode. Children's development shouldn't wait for bloom silently based on Utopia fantasy, but integrate effect and result dialectically in education. Any statement that sticks to one end of contradiction must be the outcome of misunderstanding the educational nature.
