摘要
以‘昂林’苹果为试验材料,研究不同采收期对果实贮藏品质的影响。结果表明:处理II、III、IV采收的果实,无论是采收时果实的口感,还是在采后贮藏过程中,果实中的糖、酸、硬度等理化指标都能够得到较好地保持,贮藏180d后果实失重率≤4.78%,腐烂率为3.17%~4.08%,硬度为7.38~7.84kg/cm2;采收期过早和过晚的果实,在贮藏过程中果实的呼吸强度、纤维素酶和淀粉酶活性高峰时期出现时间较早、峰值较高,失重率和腐烂率较高,果实内含物变化明显。
This paper studied the storage qualities of 'Anglin' apple with different harvest date during storage. The results showed that the fruits of harvest treatments II, III and IV during the harvest and postharvest storage period, showed better, and sugar, acid, hardness, and other physical and chemical indicators of fruit were better maintained. The fruit weight loss rate was 4.78%, rot rate was between 3. 17% to 4.08%, and hardness rate was between 7.38 to 7.84 kg/cm2 after storage of 180 days. Other situation, the fruit respiration intensity cellulose and amylase activity peak period appeared earlier, peak higher, weight loss and decay rate higher, substance changed obviously during storage when harvest time too early or too late.
