摘要
为筛选抗逆性高的白僵菌菌株,比较研究了筛自土壤的7株白僵菌菌株的抗旱、抗紫外和耐高/低温等抗逆能力指标。结果显示:菌株B4-001和B7-095的抗旱力萌发中时分别为7.06,5.60;且在PEG的含量为40%时,萌发率较高分别为47.62%和51.4%。在紫外照射下的致死中时分别为1.67和0.77,当照射15min时,B4-001的死亡率达到99.05%,B7-095的死亡率可达99.72%,均低于其他菌株。在抗高、低温方面,50℃时,B4-001孢子死亡率为97.93%,低于其他菌株;在低温15℃条件下,B4-001萌发率最高,生长量最快。综合上述各项抗逆性指标,认为菌株B7-095和B4-001抗逆性较好,具有较大的开发应用价值,为其未来的研发及田间生产应用提供了参考依据。
In order to screen high resistance Beauveria bassiana strains, a comprehensive study and comparison were conducted in the aspects of drought resistance, uvioresistant ability, high and low temperature resistant ability with 7 strains selected from soil. Research revealed that, in drought resistance,GTS0 of the strains B4-001 and B7-095 were 7.06 and 5.60 respectively. When the PEG content was 40% , they got higher germination rate of 47.62% and 51.4% re- spectively, and the LTS0 of uvioresistant ability were 1.67 and 0.77, respectively. When irra- diated for 15rain, the mortality rate of B4-001 was 99.05%, and B7-095 was 99.72%, both of them were lower than that of the other strains. As to the anti-high/low-temperature ability, the mortality of B4-001 spores was 97.93%/60, lower than that of the other strains. Under the condition of low temperature 15%C, the germination rate of B4-001 was high and grew fast. Comparison showed that strains B7-095 and B4-001 were best in the aspects of above resist- ances, and the strains B7-095 and B4-001 may have great development and application values in the application of the entomogenous fungi production, and the study may provide a reference for the formulation of strategies for pest control.
