农业是国民经济的基础,加强农业信息化建设是保持农民收入持续较快增长的重要手段之一。本文提出了一种在线农资交易平台的方式,采用J2EE技术构建符合国际上先进的技术标准和规范,如认证和授权、数据访问层、控制反转等;提供开放的、企业级的应用编程接口和管理工具,实现高度的开放性、互联性、可扩充性与可移植性。并设计了基于SimRank技术的代理商相似度计算技术,帮助农资企业查找关联的代理商,提出协同过滤的代理商推荐算法,帮助农资企业高效选择代理商。

Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, strengthen the construction of agricultural information is one of the important means to maintain sustained and rapid growth of farmers＇ income. In this paper, an online trading platform of agricultural materials, built u- sing J2EE technology in line with international advanced technical standards and specifications, such as authentication and authorization, data access layer, inversion of control, etc. provide an open, enterprise-level Application Programming interface and management tools to achieve a high degree of openness, connectivity, scalability and portability. And design a computing al- gorithms based on SimRank technology agents similarity, to help agricultural enterprises to find the associated agents proposed collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm, to help agricultural enterprises efficient selection agents.
