摘要
利用自行设计搭建的冷态滚筒试验平台对烟丝在滚筒内的停留时间进行了研究,分别考察了不同滚筒转速、倾角、筒内气速、加料速率和含水率条件下烟丝在滚筒内停留时间的变化规律,基于Friedmam-Marshall模型,引入含水率对模型进行了修正,综合各影响因素,建立了用于预测滚筒内烟丝停留时间的数学模型,并对所建立的数学模型进行了验证。结果表明:①烟丝含水率是决定烟丝在滚筒内平均停留时间的重要因素,传统的预测模型没有考虑这一因素,不适合用于预测烟丝的停留时间;②在传统预测模型中引入含水率对模型进行修正后,模型预测值和实验测试值的偏差降低,模型精度得到提高。
The residence time of cut tobacco in a rotary cylinder was studied with an in-house cold state experimental platform, the variations of residence time at different rotating speeds and inclination of the cylinder, air velocities, cut tobacco infeed rates and moisture contents were investigated separately. Basing on Friedmam-Marshall model, a mathematical model for predicting cut tobacco residence time was developed by introducing moisture content as a correction factor and the incorporation of all influencing factors, and the developed model was validated. The results showed that: 1) The moisture content in tobacco was an important factor in the determination of residence time of cut tobacco in a rotary cylinder, however, it was exclusive of the conventional predicting model. 2) When the conventional model modified with moisture content was used to predict the residence time of cut tobacco, the deviation between predicted value and tested value decreased, while the precision of model increased.
