摘要如何评价高校图书馆组织结构的合理性与有效性,是当前高校图书馆组织结构和图书馆评价研究与实践中鲜被关注的议题。组织结构评价对全面认识高校图书馆组织结构现状及其运行效果、制定最优化绩效提高策略、促进高校图书馆组织结构变革具有重要意义。本文论述了高校图书馆组织结构评价的必要性,分析了权变管理、系统论、信息生态位等基本理论对高校图书馆组织结构评价的指导意义,提出高校图书馆组织结构评价的四个维度。 How to evaluate the organizational structure of academic library is the topic that receives much less attention in the research about evaluation of f library. Evaluation of organizational structure is important to recognizing composition and effect of organizational structure of academic library, laying out tactics for optimal performance and promoting sustainable development of academic library. The paper discusses the necessity for evaluation of organizational structure of university library. Then it analyses the guidance significance of theories, such as dimension of organizational structure, contingency management, system theory and information ecological niche. Finally, it puts forward four composition dimensions of appraisal system of organizational structure of academic library.
