从影印出版及数据库建设看民国期刊的整理与利用

A Discussion on Collating and Utilization of Periodicals of the Republic of China from the Published Photocopies and Database Construction

本文叙述了中华人民共和国成立以来,尤其是近年来民国期刊的整理出版现状和图书馆民国期刊全文数据库建设现状,分析各自存在问题,探讨图书馆民国期刊保护和数据库建设中如何充分利用和开发影印版期刊,并借鉴出版机构民国文献整理的经验拓展数据库建设方向。

This paper introduces the present situation of collating and publishing of periodicals of the republic of China and the database construction since the founding of the People＇s Republic of China , especially in recent years , analyzes their problems, and discusses how to protect the periodicals of the republic of China in library and use the published photocopies in database construction. The experience of collating relevant literature of the republic of China of publishing institutions is worthy of our reference in order to develop the database construction.
