高校图书馆读者教育培训能力研究——以中南六省区“211”高校图书馆为例

A Study of Ability of Reader Education and Training in Academic Library——Taking Libraries of 211 Engineering Colleges and Universities in Six Provinces and Regions of Central South as an Examples

本文分析了中南六省区17所"211"高校图书馆开展的读者教育培训服务工作,提出转变思想观念,优化组合,完善读者教育培训机制,重视读者研究,开展读者教育培训绩效评估等改进建议,以期提升读者教育培训的绩效。

Based on the analysis the development of reader education and training service of libraries of 211 engineering colleges and universities of six provinces and regions in Central South this paper proposes improvement suggestions that to change ideas by the scientific concept of development and optimize combination, to improve the readers＇ education training mechanism , to attaches great importance to the reader research, to carry out readers education training and to performance evaluation, etc. , in order improve the performance of readers education and trainin~ of academic librarv.
