鸡新城疫V_4弱毒湿苗特性及应用效果研究

Characteristic and Applied Study on Attenuated Vaccine of Strain V 4 of Newcastle Disease

本文对鸡新城疫V4 弱毒湿苗的特性及应用效果进行了研究。结果表明 ,V4 弱毒湿苗具有良好的安全性 ,免疫原性和耐热性 ,在 2 2～ 30℃环境下保存 6 0天 ,其活性与效价不变 。

Assayed the characteristics and applied effects on attenuated vaccine of Strain V 4 of Newcastle Disease,we found that preserved at 22～30℃,the activity and titer of it were stable.And the speed fowls got natural immunity as fast as attenuated vaccine of strain V 4 of Newcastle Disease transmited. It is proved that safety,immunogenicity and thermostability on attenuated vaccine of strain V 4 of Newcastle Disease were very well.
