培育与建设民办高校大学精神的若干思考

College Spirit Cultivation and Construction in Non-governmental Institutions of Higher Learning

大学精神是大学稳定发展的内在动力和要求。大部分民办高校经过30多年的发展已初具规模,但若要保持可持续发展,必须打造属于自己的"名片",即独具特色的大学精神。民办高校在培育大学精神的过程中,要健全规章制度,孕育大学精神;稳定教师队伍,凝聚大学精神;创造校歌、校训,凝练大学精神;营造文化校园,体现大学精神;重视实践活动,助推大学精神。

College spirit is the internal motivation and requirement for universities＇ stable development. After 20 years of development, most non-governmental institutions of higher learning have taken their shapes. However, to keep sustainable development, non-governmental institutions of higher learning must make their own name plates, i. e. , their unique college spirits. In the process of cultivating college spirit, non-governmental institutions of higher learning must improve essential rules and regulations to breed college spirit, stabilize staff team to agglomerate college spirits, create anthem and mottos to concise college spirit, construct campus culture to reflect college spirit, and pay attention to practical activity to improve college spirit.
