阐述了高校教学督导的内涵、特点和职能。根据民族地区院校的特点,提出了民族地区院校开展教学督导工作的设想。指出了在民族地区院校开展教学督导工作的必要性、重要性。

In this paper the intension, characteristics and functions of the supervision and instruction of teach- ing in university are expounded. The tentative idea of work of the supervision and instruction of teaching is put for- warded, according to the characteristics of Universities in National Area. The necessity and importance of the su- pervision and instruction of teaching in Universities of National Area is pointed out.
