海南自建省以来,粤琼经济差距与城乡收入差距不断扩大。通过建立模拟系统发现,海南经济发展对广东经济发展具有较强的促进作用,粤琼经济存在不平等关系,分别处于经济发展的中心与外围。海南要打破这种格局,创建强调自己特色的产品,把海南建成一个中国联系世界、世界联系中国的纽带和窗口,要把海南建成中国乃至世界休闲旅游的中心和旅游消费的乐园。海南实现经济发展本身就是对广东经济的一大贡献,在粤琼经济合作中,海南更重要的是采取措施、实现海南自身经济的长足发展。同时,还要正确处理好经济发展与社会公平的关系,要尽可能缩小贫富差距和城乡差距。要在引导产业结构优化与升级的时候,优先考虑促进农业、农村发展、有助于加快城市化建设的项目。

Since its construction in Hainan Province, the economic gap between Guangdong and Hainan and income gap between urban and rural areas has been become widening and widening. Through the establishment of simulation system, we find that Hainan＇s economic development has a strong role in promoting economic develop- ment in Guangdong. There＇ s economic inequality between Guangdong and Hainan, and they are at the Centre of e＇ conomic development and the perimeter respectively. Hainan should break this pattern, and create their own prod- ucts, and make itself into a contact link of China and the world, and build itself as well as in leisure and tourism centers of the world and paradise of tourism consumption. Hainan~ economic development is in itself a great contri- bution to Guangdong＇s economic. In the economic cooperation of Guangdong and Hainan, it is more important to take measures to achieve its own economic development for Hainan. At the same time, Hainan should correctly handle the relationship between economic development and social justice, and take great pain to narrow the income gap as much as possible. Hainan should give priority to promoting agricultural and rural development and help ac- celerate the urbanization construction of the project, while guiding the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure.
