To adjust to the developent of Hainan International Travel Island and the General Plan of Develop- ment of Tourism in Wu zhishan Area, the authors studied the status quo in the development of tourism in Wu Zhis- han area. With the theory of the core competence, the potential strong point has been analysed and summarized and the constructive views has been pointed out in the further development of tourism in Wu Zhishan Area.
