材料表面的微图形对细胞行为的影响

摘要 材料表面的微图形结构独立于材料的物理和化学性质,对细胞的行为有着重要的影响。材料表面微米或纳米级的图形结构可以直接影响到细胞的取向、黏附和形态,甚至可能影响到细胞的增殖和分化。本文就材料表面的微图形与细胞的取向和黏附,材料表面的微图形与细胞的形态,材料表面的微图形对细胞增殖和分化的影响等研究进展作一综述。 Substrate topography independently of substrate chemistry and physical, has been reported to have sig- nificant effects on cell behaviour. The micro- and nano- sized topographical feature of substance will effect cell orientation, migration, even proliferation and differentiation. The article reviewed the research progress the effects of surface microtopography on cell.
