摘要
大学生频繁跳槽对大学生自己、社会、企业乃至高校都具有消极影响。在现有文献理论的指导下,利用事件史研究方法对大学生的跳槽行为及其成因进行了基于实证数据的统计分析。分析结果显示,性别、专业类型、家庭背景、初次工作的收入水平与企业类型都对大学毕业生跳槽行为的发生有显著影响,但初次入职的工作预期则并没有产生显著影响。这些经验研究能够对缓解大学生跳槽现象做出一定的贡献。
The phenomenon of college students job-hopping is very common in contemporary China job market, which has a negative impact for the college students themselves,society, enterprises and universities. Based on the guidance of existing literature, using the method of event history analysis to study the job-hopping behavior and causes of college students that based on the statistical analysis of empirical data, which has certain innovation. This research claims that gender, the type of major, family background, the first job income level and the type of enterprise have a significant effect on the job-hopping behavior of college graduates, but the job prospects of first job entry does not. This empirical research would make a certain contribution.to easing college students job-hopping phenomenon.
