摘要
择业就业是在当代大学生面临的重大问题。职业性向是个体各种品质特征要素与职业活动类型相适合的倾向性表现。分析职业与职业性向的内涵的基础上,简述了国内外学者对职业性向理论的研究状况,并基于职业性向要素测评与分析,一些有关职业性向要素测评分析在大学生择业就业过程中的启示,如测评"想干什么"的职业价值观,"喜欢干什么"的职业兴趣,"可以干什么"的职业人格,以及"擅长干什么"的职业能力着重进行了探讨。
Job selection and employment are significant problems for college students today. Career orientation is about the tendentiousness of individual traits appropriated with different types of occupation. Discussing the connotation of occupaton and career orientation, it briefly reviews the current research status of career orientation theory by scholars at home and aborad. Based on the different components of career orientation, some enlightments of evaluating the career value of "what to do", the interest of"what to enjoy, the personality of "what can be done" and the ability of "what is good at" are discussed in the course of job selection and employment for college students.
