摘要
继一氧化氮开创了“气体信号分子”这一新的研究领域之后,相继又发现了一氧化碳和硫化氢,这3种气体信号分子代表一种新型的非受体依赖性信号转导机制,在急性肺损伤中扮演着重要的角色。本文就这3种气体信号分子及其主要合成酶在急性肺损伤中的作用研究进行综述。
"Gas signal molecule", which is initiated by nitric oxide, is a new field of study in recent research. Subsequently, we discovered carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulfide. The three kinds of gas signal molecules represent a novel nonreceptor dependent signal transduction mechanism, which play important roles in acute lung injury. This article reviews the role of the three kinds of gas signal molecules and their main synthetases in acute lung injury.
