目前，从分子水平了解肺癌发病机制、判断预后和明确生物靶点有助于提高其疗效。在多种恶性肿瘤中EGFR、CXCR4均有异常表达，并与肿瘤的侵袭、转移和预后密切相关。本研究通过对EGFR、CXCR4的检测和相关的研究，探讨二者在肺癌中的表达情况及对判断预后的意义，为肺癌的侵袭和转移的确诊及治疗提供新靶点。

Currently, to understand the pathogenesis of lung cancer, to judge the prognosis,and to identify biological targets at the molecular level will be helpful to improve its efficacy. In a variety of malignant tumors, EGFR and CXCR4 show abnormal expression and they are closely related to invasion, metastasis,and prognosis of tumor. Through the detection of EGFR and CXCR4 expression and correlative study ,this article investigates the expression of EGFR and CXCR4 in lung cancer and their significance for prognosis to provide new targets for final diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
