摘要
自1899年蒂赛发现双歧杆菌以来,双歧杆菌的微生物学研究已从初级阶段进入高级阶段,现在又进入现代化阶段。它是人和动物肠道正常菌群的重要组成部分,具有诸多有益于机体的生理功能,现就其生物学活性的研究进展叙述如下。
