摘要
目的探讨螺旋CT三维重建成像技术在膝关节骨折中的应用。方法对经X线、6 4排螺旋CT诊断的3 0例膝关节骨折患者进行回顾性分析。结果螺旋CT横断面和三维重建像对所有病例均可明确显示骨折,CT横断图像可显示胫骨平台、髁间棘骨折、移位、受累面积及关节移位等,且三维重建像立体展现骨折线走行、骨折碎片、断端移位、关节移位及塌陷情况。结论螺旋C T三维重建成像可从不同方位显示复杂膝关节骨折及关节移位、塌陷的空间情况,对临床诊断及治疗起指导作用。
Objective Study of spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction imaging in knee joint fractures.Methods The X-ray and 4 row helical CT imaging data of 36 cases of knee joint fracture were retrospectively analyzed.Results The fracture clearly showed in all the cross-sectional of spiral CT and 3D reconstruction images,CT transverse image can show the tibial plateau fracture,eminence fracture,displacement,involved articular surface area and the dislocation of joint,three-dimensional reconstruction of three-dimensional fracture line like walking direction,fracture fragments,displacement of fractured ends,debris and joint displacement condition.Conclusion Spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction image according to the need from different azimuth display complex knee joint fracture and dislocation of spatial location,help to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
