摘要
本文采用反相高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+水+冰乙酸为流动相,使用C18色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在245nm波长下对试样中的氯氟吡氧乙酸、唑草酮和苯磺隆进行分离和定量分析。结果表明氯氟吡氧乙酸、唑草酮和苯磺隆的线性相关系数分别为0.999 0、0.999 4、0.999 1;标准偏差为0.050、0.013、0.019;变异系数为0.29%、0.86%、0.53%;平均回收率为99.97%、99.93%、99.56%。
The separation and quantitative analysis Fluroxypyr-Tribenuron-methly "Carfentra- zone-ethyl WP by reverse phase HPLC, using methanol and water and Acetic acid as mobile phase, C18 column and DAD detector, at 245nm wavelength. The results showed that the Linear correlation coefficients for tribenuron-methly, carfentrazone-ethyl and fluroxypyr were 0.999 1, 0.999 4 and 0.999 0; the standard deviations were 0.019, 0.013 and 0.050; the variation co- efficients were 0.53%, 0.86% and 0.29%; the average recoveries were 99.56%, 99.93% and 99.97%.
