离子推力器有效透明度的地面测量方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 在离子推力器研制过程中,栅极组件的束流引出效率对于离子推力器的性能评估具有重要意义,通常采用测量相关电流数据求得有效透明度的方法来间接反应。文章比对了两种有效透明度的地面测量方法,并采用较优的方法对稳态工作下的离子推力器进行了有效透明度的地面测量。测试中通过加入偏置电源来抑制放电室中电子向栅极逃逸,结果更加接近实际值,并分析了有效透明度对放电过程的影响。 During the development of the Ion thruster, with measured the related signal of current, the efficiency of ion ex- traction on ion optics for the evaluation of the characteristic of the thruster is very significant. This article test the effective ion transparency in the ground vacuum apparatus, in addition to improvement of the test circuit by importing the negative bias power, the result is more adjacent to the real working value. On this basis, the article analyze the affection of transparency on discharge process.
