甲状腺髓样癌的超声特征分析 被引量：13

摘要 甲状腺髓样癌（medullarythyroidcarcinoma，MTC）是一种较少见的甲状腺恶性肿瘤，与常见的甲状腺乳头状癌（papillarythyroidcarcinoma．PTC）相比，MTC发病年龄较轻，易早期发生淋巴转移．容易复发，预后较差。因此，早期、准确诊断MTC有重要的临床意义。笔者回顾性分析72例经手术病理证实的MTC的超声图像特征，以期提高对MTC的认识及诊断准确率。
