摘要
文章以某明挖法施工的浅埋地铁隧道箱涵平移工程为例,介绍了建筑整体平移技术在地下工程中的应用特点,以及平移系统布置和平移施工过程;并对箱涵基底摩擦力和平移推力进行了分析。工程实践表明,千斤顶分级平稳地进行顶推以及施工过程中的位移监测、反馈,是平移施工过程中的关键控制要素。
Using the shifting of a box culvert structure in a certain shallow-buried metro tunnel as an example, this paper introduces the application of the monolithic shifting technique in underground works. In light of a friction force on the base of the box culvert, it analyzes the shifting force and describes the layout of the shifting system and con- struction procedures. It concludes that it is crucial to keep the stepwise pipe jacking stable and to monitor for dis- placement and feedback during shifting.
