摘要
分析了高速线材生产线吐丝机产生震动的原因,从吐丝机的结构、制造和使用方面提出了降低吐丝机震动的措施,对在此基础上设计制造成功的高性能新型吐丝机作了介绍。
The reasons of vibration of laying head used in high-speed wire rod production line were analyzed. The measures of reducing vibration were put forward from structure, manufactureing, usage and maintenance of laying head. Meanwhile, a new type and high-performanced laying head was introduced.
