摘要
针对莱芜钢铁股份有限公司在试产22#Q420C门架槽钢过程中出现成品冲击韧性不稳定、强度波动、易出现边裂等质量问题,经金相分析、断口形貌及夹杂物分析找到了主要原因,通过添加微量元素硼以提高低温冲击韧性;加强精炼时的脱氧控制;控制初轧温度为1150~1170℃、终轧温度为920~940℃,并增强轧后冷却强度,以抑制魏氏体组织的生成;调整槽钢孔型腿部、肩部的圆角尺寸等,使Q420C门架槽钢的屈服强度保持为460~480MPa,冲击功提高到76~136J/cm2,杜绝了角部边裂问题。
In view of some quality problems of 22# Q420C U-steel, such as instability of impact toughness, strength fluctuation and easily generated crack at edges , the causes were analyzed by using the EDS methods. By series control measures, the properties of Q420 U steel were assured of yield strength at 460- 480MPa and impact toughness at 76-136J/cm2. The percific measures were adding micro-alloy B, refining deoxidation control, roughing rolling temperature at 1150 - 1170℃, finishing rolling temperature at 920 - 940℃, streng:thening: water cooling to inhibit Widmanstatten structure, adiusting: pass size, etc.
