丙型肝炎病毒(hepatitisCvirus,HCV)发现于1989年,目前全球约1.7亿人感染,占世界人口总数的3%,大多数的急性感染者会发展为慢性肝炎并与肝硬化和肝癌的发生密切相关。自HCV发现之后近20年的时间里,由于缺乏理想可靠的细胞及动物培养模型,人们在HCV生活周期、致病与免疫保护、
