血浆脑利钠肽与急性心肌梗死的相关性研究 被引量:7

Relationship between plasma brain natriuretic peptide and acute myocardium infarction

摘要 目的:探讨血浆脑利钠肽(BNP)与急性心肌梗死(AMI)的关系。方法:选择2010-01-2011-05入住我院的AMI患者112例,分别测定患者的血浆BNP水平、左心室舒张末径(LVEDd)及左心室射血分数(LVEF);分析不同血浆BNP水平情况下LVEDd与LVEF水平,以及不同罪犯血管对BNP、LVEDd与LVEF等的影响。结果:随着AMI患者血浆BNP浓度的升高,LVEDd增加,LVEF降低(均P<0.05);罪犯血管位于前降支较左旋支、回旋支患者的血浆BNP水平明显升高,LVEF明显降低,LVEDd增加(均P<0.05)。结论:血浆BNP水平可作为监测AMI患者心功能的重要指标之一。目的:探讨血浆脑利钠肽(BNP)与急性心肌梗死(AMI)的关系。方法:选择2010-01-2011-05入住我院的AMI患者112例,分别测定患者的血浆BNP水平、左心室舒张末径(LVEDd)及左心室射血分数(LVEF);分析不同血浆BNP水平情况下LVEDd与LVEF水平,以及不同罪犯血管对BNP、LVEDd与LVEF等的影响。结果:随着AMI患者血浆BNP浓度的升高,LVEDd增加,LVEF降低(均P<0.05);罪犯血管位于前降支较左旋支、回旋支患者的血浆BNP水平明显升高,LVEF明显降低,LVEDd增加(均P<0.05)。结论:血浆BNP水平可作为监测AMI患者心功能的重要指标之一。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and acute myocardium infarction(AMI).Method:One hundred and twelve patients with AMI were admitted from January 2010to May 2011.Plasma BNP levels,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDd),and left ventricular ejec- tion fraction(LVEF)were determined.The variation of LVEDd and LVEF in patients with different BNP levels were analyzed.The the effect on BNP,LVEDd and LVEF in different culprit vessels also were evaluated.Result: With the plasma BNP levels rising,LVEDd increased and LVEF decreased(both P〈0.05)in patients with AMI. The plasma BNP level rised,LVEF decreased and LVEDd increased more obviously in left anterior descending artery than in left circumflex artery or right coronary artery(all P〈0.05).Conclusion:The plasma BNP levels may as one of important index in monitoring heart function in patients with AMI.
