摘要

Objective:To investigate the relationship between plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and acute myocardium infarction(AMI).Method:One hundred and twelve patients with AMI were admitted from January 2010to May 2011.Plasma BNP levels,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDd),and left ventricular ejec- tion fraction(LVEF)were determined.The variation of LVEDd and LVEF in patients with different BNP levels were analyzed.The the effect on BNP,LVEDd and LVEF in different culprit vessels also were evaluated.Result: With the plasma BNP levels rising,LVEDd increased and LVEF decreased(both P〈0.05)in patients with AMI. The plasma BNP level rised,LVEF decreased and LVEDd increased more obviously in left anterior descending artery than in left circumflex artery or right coronary artery(all P〈0.05).Conclusion:The plasma BNP levels may as one of important index in monitoring heart function in patients with AMI.
