摘要
结合国内外对黏膜免疫的研究成果,简要介绍了黏膜免疫系统的构成,重点阐述了黏膜免疫机理,综述了几种黏膜免疫途径在生产实践中的应用,为黏膜免疫疫苗的研制以及应用奠定理论基础。
According to the previous reports about mucosal immunity,this paper briefly described the structures of the mucosal immune system,detailed the mechanism of the mucosal immunity, and discussed the applications of the mucosal immunity routes in the production practice, providing a theoretical basis for the development and application of mucosal vaccines.
