摘要
近年来,随着植入式医疗装置使用量的增加,相关临床感染不断上升,严重威胁到患者的生命健康。表皮葡萄球菌是引起这些感染的"罪魁祸首",其主要依赖在植入物的表面并形成生物膜而致病。以LPXTG结构域为共同标志的细胞壁锚定蛋白在表皮葡萄球菌生物膜形成过程中发挥着重要作用,转肽酶A(sortase A)则是此类蛋白进行细胞壁锚定的关键因子。鉴于sortase A在革兰阳性菌中功能的保守性及重要性,以sortase A作为靶点来干预表皮葡萄球菌的感染具有高度的可行性及广泛的研究意义。
With the increasing use of the implantable medical device, the related clinical infections are ris- ing rapidly in recent years, which are serious threats to the health of patients. As the main pathogen of these infections, Staphylococcus epidermidis depends on formation of biofilm in the surface of the implants to cause diseases. The cell wall anchor proteins of Staphylococcus epidermidis have LPXTG domain as the common sign, and play important roles in the process of biofilm formation. As the key factor of anchoring LPXTG proteins to the peptidoglycan of Staphylococcus epidermidis cell wall, sortase A is conservative in Gram positive bacteria and can be used as the perfect target to intervene the Staphylococcus epidermidis infection. It possesses a high feasibility and extensive research significance.
