摘要
目的:旨在找出一种适合大黄酚脂质体的制备方法。方法:分别用手摇法、薄膜-超声法、乙醇注入法、乙醇注入-超声法等方法制备大黄酚脂质体,以包封率和渗漏率为评价指标,选出最适合大黄酚脂质体的制备方法。结果:薄膜-超声分散法制得的大黄酚脂质体平均包封率达(93.91±4.28)%,明显优于其他方法。结论:采用薄膜-超声法制备的大黄酚脂质体具有较高包封率和稳定性。
Objective: To establish an appropriate method for preparing ehrysophano Chrysophanol liposomes were prepared by hand shaking, film-ultrasonic, ethanol injection, 1 liposomes.
