摘要
通过对路天煤矿煤层赋存的条件与制约生产的因素进行研究,表明2602回采巷道采用"L"型布置方式突破了上下巷传统设计的常规理念,提高了工作面实际煤炭回收率,降低回采巷道掘进量和成巷成本,简化了生产系统;同时在矿压显现方面,工作面上部消除了固定支承压力的影响,支架承受的顶板压力较小,工作面上部维护较容易,支架对顶板的适应性较好。
In this paper, the coal seam occurrence conditions and restriction factors of production in Lutian Coal Mine was studied, the results showed that NO. 2602 mining gateway with "L" type layout mode broke through the conventional concept of the traditional design of upper and lower roadway, which improved the actual coal recovery rate of the working face, reduced driving amount of mining roadway and roadway formation cost, simplified the production system. At the same time, from the aspects of strata behaviors, it eliminated the effects of the fixed support pressure on the upper working face; the roof pressure the bracket bore was smaller, the maintenance of the upper working face was easier, the bracket had better adaptability for the roof.
