摘要
利用甲烷气体在1 653 nm附近的近红外吸收光谱,采用谐波检测的方法提出一种激光式甲烷传感器的设计理念,满足对传感器"高可靠性、高精度、高灵敏度"的需求。
With harmonic wave detection method, the paper puts forward a kind of laser type methane sensor design concept, which it uses near infrared absorption spectrum of methane gas nearby 1653 nm. The method meets needs of "high reliability, high precision, high sensitivity" for sensor.
