摘要
为了解决三交河煤矿2—512大采高工作面上隅角瓦斯经常超限的难题,运用理论分析和现场实践对工作面上隅角瓦斯瓦斯超限的原因进行了分析。针对上隅角瓦斯超限问题,提出了高位钻孔抽放裂隙带瓦斯和低位钻孔抽放采空区和冒落带瓦斯的防治措施。现场实践表明,在实施上述措施之后,2—512工作面回风流中瓦斯浓度控制在0.02%~0.06%,上隅瓦斯浓度由原来的0.8%-3.0%下降到0.8%以下,有效地解决了上隅角瓦斯超限问题,保证了矿井的安全高效生产。
In order to solve the problem of gas overrun frequently occurred at the upper corner of No. 2 -512 large mining height face in Sanjiaohe Coal Mine, it used theoretical analysis and field practice to analyze the reason of gas overrun at the upper corner of the working face. Aiming at the problem of gas overrun at the upper corner, it put forward the gas prevention and control measures for high level borehole drainage fracture zone, low level borehole drainage goaf and caving zone. The field practice showed that, after the imple- mentation of the above measures, gas concentration was in the range of 0.02 ~ 0.06% in return airflow of NO. 2 -512 working face, the gas concentration of upper corner dropped to 0.8% below from 0.8 ~ 3%, which effectively solved the problem of gas overrun at the upper corner, and ensured the mine production safe and efficient.
