抑制丙肝病毒复制和转录的一种新方法

摘要 丙肝病毒是一种正链RNA病毒,它是导致人类肝脏疾病的重要因素.本研究中,通过引入一段体外的RNA,使其与丙肝病毒基因组、miR-122三者碱基互补配对,从而激活Ago2蛋白的内切酶活性,导致HCV基因组被切割,进而从其与Ago2蛋白和miR-122所形成的复合物中释放出来.由于失去了Ago2蛋白和miR-122的保护作用,释放出来的HCV基因组很容易被降解,因而可有效抑制其复制和转录.该研究为抑制HCV的复制和转录提供了新的思路,对于丙肝的治疗将具有意义.
