摘要
30CrMo钢坯料经调质处理后相邻位置的三个平行试样冲击功波动很大,对冲击功分别为79、41和19 J的试样断口和显微组织进行了系统分析,结果显示,随冲击功的降低,试样断口上纤维区所占比率明显缩小,解理断裂区台阶更加粗大。由于坯料存在的晶粒、组织和成分的不均匀性,以及加热过程中奥氏体化不充分导致的块状铁素体组织残留是造成试样冲击韧性波动的显微结构原因。
The impact toughness ot three aajacent specimens sampiea trom a 30CrMo tauter shows big difference after quenching and tempering. The fracture surface and microstructure of the samples with ballistic work of 79 J, 41 J and 19 J were investigated systematically in this paper. It was found that as the ballistic work decreases, the fibre area ratio at the fracture surface decreases obviously and the cleavage fracture shoulders become coarser. The main reasons for the ballistic work fluctuation in the billet are the inhomogenity in grain size, microstructure and composition as well as the residual bulk ferrite caused by insufficient austenization during heating.
