摘要
介绍了宝钢UOE项目的基本情况,并结合UOE工艺路径的特点,对UOE焊管机组全工序网络化控制的必要性及可行性进行了初步的研究。针对UOE工厂检查区域全面质量控制的难点,结合为UOE焊管机组配套设置的水压、无损探伤类过程质量检验工序,开发了计算机自动判定与人工辅助判定相结合的UOE工厂检查综合判定系统。该系统于2008年4月投入使用,运行稳定可靠。
This paper introduced the basic information about Baosteel' s UOE project, described the characteristics of the UOE production route, and conducted a preliminaly study on the necessity and feasibility of achieving network control in the whole process of the UOE welded pipe mill. In order to solve the difficulties in total quality control in the UOE final-inspection area, a comprehensive UOE final-inspection judging system, which combines automatic computer judgement with artificial judgement, was developed based on the hydraulic pressure set for the UOE pipe mill and the quality inspection process of nondestructive inspection. The system was put into operation in April 2008 and has been running steadily and reliably since then.
