中国茸鹿品种(品系)间遗传关系的分析

Analysis of the Cenetic Relationship among Velvet deer Breeds or Strains in China

以体现我国茸鹿品种 (品系 )种质特性的成年公鹿 34个性状指标的数据资料为依据 ,采用聚类分析方法 ,对我国双阳、长白山、西丰、清原和乌兰坝 5个茸鹿品种 (品系 )群体的遗传关系进行了分析。结果表明 :双阳品种、长白山品系、西丰品种与清原品系、乌兰坝品种形成明显的两大类 ,反映了 5个茸鹿品种 (品系 )

The result showed that there were two groups, one was Shuangyang,Changbai mountain and Xifeng,the other was Qingyuan and Wulanba.This reflected the genetic relationship among the five deer breeds or strains and the original background of their primitive populations.
