首诊于眼科系统性红斑狼疮一例

摘要患者女，20岁。因“左眼视朦3天”于2012年3月10日到昆明爱尔眼科医院就诊。查体：Vod：0．1，VOS：Fe／20cm，朽眼矫正视力1．0，左眼矫正视力无提高．双眼前段未见改变，左眼玻璃体轻混，左眼视乳头边清，色正，A：V=2：3，视网膜水肿，散在软性渗出灶及点状出血灶，黄斑区水肿。
