继发于慢性血管夹层的Ⅱ型胸腹主动脉瘤的修复术
Repair of extent Ⅱ thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm secondary to chronic dissection

1引言
Crawford II型胸腹主动脉瘤（TAAA）修复通常包括用合成的血管取代从左锁骨下动脉至肾下腹主动脉分叉的胸腹主动脉全长血管。因为行广泛的动脉替换,II型修复出现术后并发症有极高风险[1-6]。为了减少这些并发症,我们常规在术中采用联合方法保护相应器官[7-9]。
