护肤型高效去油污洗手液的研制 被引量:7

摘要 选择环保无污染的阴离子、阳离子和非离子表面活性剂,通过正交设计的方法对阴离子表面活性剂AES和非离子表面活性剂6501、APG、AEO9、EL进行复配和改性,再依次加入AOS和CAB,提高表面活性剂的去污能力,得到基础配方。向基础配方中添加三乙醇胺等,柠檬酸等助剂,在不改变洗手液的去油污能力的前提下增加其保湿功效、调节配方pH使与皮肤pH接近,再利用APG、EL等具有去污和保湿双重功效的表面活性剂对配方进一步调整,得到状态良好、去油污能力强、不伤手、具有保湿功效的洗手液产品。 The best formulation of sanitizer was obtained by screening out environmental and free of contamination surfactants, compounding anionic surfactant AES and nonionic surfactants 6501, APG, AEO9, EL on orthogonal ex- periment, and adding also AOS and CAB in order to improve the degreasing efficiency. Triethanolamine was added to improve moisture effect and citric acid was added to regulete pH. APG and EL are used which have moisture retention and detergency dual effect to adjust liquid soap formula to get the sanitizer that is in good condition and also has powerful degreasing ability and moisturizing efficacy.
