档案社会化服务的概念解读

Concept Explanation of Archival Socialized Service

文章从文献调查入手,指出档案社会化服务概念的现状特点是名称不一,认识不清。在辨析两个相近概念"档案服务社会化"和"档案社会化服务"的异同点基础上,作者提出档案社会化服务是立足社会分工档案服务的规范概念,定义是指基于社会分工提供的涉及档案的专业性、专门化和社会化服务。其含义可分解为三个层次:档案社会化服务的属概念是"服务";档案社会化服务的专业边界是档案专业;档案社会化服务的基点是社会分工。

Through the literature survey, this article indicates that the existing characteristic of archival so cialized service concept is nonuniform name and unclear understanding. On the basis of discriminating two close concepts of socialization of archive services and archival socialized services, and summarizes their similarities and differences, the article proposes that archival socialized services is a standard concept, which is established in social division of archival services, so the definition is based upon social division and supplied, which involved archival profession, archival specialization and socialized services. The mean ing of the concept could divide into three levels： the species concept of archival socialized services is ＂ser vices＂; the professional boundaries of archival socialized services is archive major; the cardinal point of archival socialized services is social division.
