摘要 结合金属零件激光沉积成形工艺和现有平行扫描路径生成方法,分析局部过熔覆和欠熔覆问题的根本成因,提出一种基于轮廓极值点识别判断的金属零件激光沉积成形优化分组平行扫描路径生成方法。基于分层轮廓的外偏置轮廓采用极值点处增线式扫描的方法生成扫描填充线,避免因扫描间距误差引起成形层面轮廓局部边界缺损,保证成形零件具有一定的加工余量。提出基于极值点与过渡扫描线位置关系判断优化分组连接填充矢量的方法来生成分组扫描路径,避免扫描填充线不当连接引起的过熔覆。试验表明:这种扫描路径可有效提高成形层面平整度和工件质量,保障成形加工的顺利进行。 The essential reason of over-cladding and under-cladding problem are indicated through analyzing both those existing parallel scan mode and the characteristic of metal laser deposition shape. A new kind of grouping parallel scan path generating method is presented based on recognizing and judging extreme point profiled contour. The method of increasing scan line based on recognizing extreme points of offset profiled contour is adopted when scan filling lines are generated according to the set scan space, avoid boundary defects of shaping layer because of scan space error, and ensure shaping part which has a consistent machining allowance. Grouping parallel scan path is generated through optimizing to group and connect filling lines based on judging the dubiety of between the related extreme point and transition line, avoid improper transition line. Practical application shows that the scan path can effectively enhance both t shaping layer smoothness and fabrication quality, ensure to shape successfully.
