摘要 近年来,随着医学和工程技术的发展,子宫肌瘤的外科治疗除传统的子宫切除术、肌瘤剔除术以及子宫动脉栓塞术外,非侵入性的高强度聚焦超声消融技术也得到了越来越多的临床应用。本文旨在介绍高强度聚焦超声消融治疗子宫肌瘤的适应证与禁忌症、安全性与有效性、临床剂量学探讨、疗效相关因素分析。 In recent years, the high intensity focused ultrasound ablation technology has a more and more wild use in clinic with the development of medicine and engineering. This article aims to introduce the indication and contraindication, safety and effectiveness, dosilogy and analysis of relevant factors for efficacy of high intensity focused uhrasound ablation in the therapy of uterine fibroids.
