胰腺尾部超声表现与肥胖患者空腹血糖值的相关性研究

Correlation study of ultrasonographic characteristics of pancreatic tail and fasting blood glucose value in obese patients

目的探讨肥胖患者胰腺尾部超声表现与其空腹血糖值间的相关性研究。方法对2100例肥胖患者常规超声观察胰腺尾部回声并测量其厚径;实验室收集其空腹血糖值。结果 2100例肥胖患者中,胰腺尾部异常者605例(占29.24%),声像图表现为回声增强或稍增强、厚径增大或稍增大。605例胰腺尾部异常患者的胰腺尾部异常与其空腹血糖值之间有相关性(r=0.724,P<0.05)。结论在肥胖患者空腹血糖值未超出正常值范围前,应用超声检查胰腺尤其是对胰腺尾部的回声及厚径测值的评估,为肥胖患者了解其血糖值提供了一种间接的影像学依据。

Objective To discuss the correlation of ultrasonographic characteristics of pancreas tails and fasting blood glucose values in obese patients. Methods The pancreas tails were examined by uhrasonography in 2100 obesity patients and their thickness diameters were measured. The fasting blood sugar values of the patients were collected. Results Ultrasonographic abnormalities in pancreas tails were found in 605 cases accounting for 29.24%, which showed acoustic enhancement and increased thickness diameter. A correlation was found between the uhrasonographie abnormalitie in pancreas tail and the fasting blood glucose value （r=0.724,P〈0.05）.Conclusion In obese patients with a normal fasting blood glucose value, ultrasonography can be performed in their pancreas tails, which provids an indrect imaging evidence to their blood glucose value.
