摘要
针对汽轮机部分进汽时非定常效应产生的激振力问题,使用商业软件NUMECA进行数值模拟,观察非定常流动的流动特征,并对非定常流动下动叶轴向力和切向力进行计算。研究发现:在进汽部分,受固体壁面影响,叶片在靠近两侧固壁位置时受到的轴向力与切向力相对进汽中间部分较小;在堵塞部分与进汽部分的交界处存在较大切向压力梯度,造成轴向力和切向力的急剧变化;堵塞部分,由于叶轮转动产生的鼓风效应造成叶片上的轴向力为负,切向力做负功。
The unsteady effect of turbine under partial admission will result in strong flow exciting force. Use commercial software NUMECA to simulate the flow field, observe the flow characteristics of unsteady flow, analyze the axial thrust and tangential force on rotor blades. The simulation results show that: in the inlet parts, the axial thrust and tangential force of rotor blades which are close to solid wall are smaller than those are in the middle of inlet parts; there are great tangential pressure gradient exits in the inlet and outlet blocked area of rotor blades, which cause the rapid change of the axial thrust and tangential force on rotor blades ; in the blocked area, the direction of axial thrust and tangential force is negative because of the fanning effect of rotor blades.
