摘要
通过采用CFD和CHT(共轭换热)的数值方法,对超超临界1 000MW汽轮机中压转子冷却进行了数值模拟,研究了有无流体与固体耦合换热的温度场分布差别,冷却蒸汽温度对中压转子冷却效果的影响,中压二级半转子冷却的温度分布,较真实地模拟了流体、固体区域温度场的分布特性。
By using CFD and conjugate heat transfer(CHT) methods, IP Rotor Cooling of 1000MW Ultra-supercritical Steam Turbine has been numerical simulated. The temperature distribution whether the fluid and solid coupled heat transfer, cooling steam temperature effects on IP Rotor and the temperature distribution of the two half-rotor have been investigated. The fluid and solid temperature field distribution characteristics has been more realistic simulated. This article can provide a reliable basis for the structural design of uhra-supercritical steam turbine.
