摘要
分析了电站水环式真空泵应用中存在的主要问题,并结合某电厂真空泵在凝汽器高真空运行情况下发生振动加剧、电流突变、叶片弯曲断裂等现象,进行了汽蚀故障诊断、系统改造及效果分析。提出的水环式真空泵汽蚀诊断思路及预防建议,对同类机组解决水环式真空泵汽蚀问题有较高的参考价值。
